What should I have ready when I call?
What has changed recently, what the client wants to protect, what support is already in place, where the family feels the most stress, and what schedule may be needed. Discharge papers or current medication lists help if you have them — they are not required to start the conversation.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
You can call without a referral. Nursing services are planned around assessment and the provider’s orders when those are required. Share recent orders if you have them.
How soon can care start?
It depends on assessment, matching, and availability. Call 630-300-0446 and we will tell you what is realistic for your situation rather than promising a generic start date.
How is care paid for?
Care is typically private-pay. Some families use long-term care insurance or veteran benefits. We do not bill Medicare for these home-care services. Call 630-300-0446 and the team will explain options — we do not quote prices until we understand the situation.
