This policy explains how In-Home Caregivers of Illinois, a DBA of Complete Health Service Inc., handles information you send through this website. It is written for families and applicants. It is not a complete statement of every legal duty that may apply to care we provide in the home.
What this site collects
The care inquiry form asks for your name, phone, email, who needs care, the closest office, the kind of support you are exploring, timing, and a short description of what is changing. The careers form asks for your name, phone, email, role interest, service area, availability, certifications, years of experience, and an optional résumé.
Please do not include detailed medical records, medication lists, or Social Security numbers in either form. A short note about what is changing is enough for us to call you back.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in our WordPress database so the team can read them after they arrive. We do not put the contents of a care inquiry or an application into a notification email. The email says only that something new has been received, and asks staff to log in to view it.
Résumé files are kept in a private folder that cannot be opened from the public website. Staff download them from the WordPress admin after signing in.
Who can read it
Care inquiries are available to staff who manage this website and handle family intake. Career applications are available to staff who handle recruiting. We do not sell this information.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and résumé files are deleted automatically after 90 days, unless we still need a record to finish an inquiry or an application that is already in process. You can ask us to delete a submission sooner.
What we do not do on these pages
This website does not run session-recording tools, keystroke capture, or advertising pixels on the inquiry or application forms.
Calls and email outside the forms
You can still reach us by phone or email. Those conversations are part of ordinary business communication and are handled by our offices, not by this form system.
