A note from our founder
“I created In-Home Caregivers of Illinois because families deserve more than a list of services. They deserve a partner who listens, understands the health picture, and stays beside them as needs change.”

I can’t adequately express how grateful I am for the help we received for my mother from Hattie, Leslie, and Isoken. I think the work that they do could more accurately be described as a calling, and I will be grateful to these three women in particular and this company in general for the rest of my life.
The agency provides companionship for my mom. The staff member is very pleasant, always on time and very courteous. The caregiver has become a reliable source for my mom’s care. The agency is very responsive to my needs and always very accommodating.
I use In-Home Caregivers to assist with care for my dad. All of the caregivers and Isoken have been professional and kind to him. Communication is especially important since I live out of state and they have been very responsive via email and phone. Finding quality care for aging parents is incredibly difficult. I feel fortunate we were referred to In-Home Caregivers.
Isoken is not only professional and organised, but genuinely caring and accommodating. Hattie, too, is a pleasure to speak with and is quick to think of solutions for the various issues which crop up when you have general difficulties looking after a loved one. The carers they sent each day to look after my mother were professional and kind—there were so many who had a personal, affectionate way about them that I couldn’t possibly list all their names. Having Isoken and Hattie in my life during such a difficult period felt like being watched over by my favourite aunties—the ones who know how to get stuff done and make you feel better. I cannot recommend this company enough.
I would like to personally commend the work that In-Home Caregivers of Illinois do. On a particular day when there was ice in my walkway, I called them to cancel care for the safety of the caregiver. Instead they went to purchase salt and sent someone to remove the ice from my entrance so I could get care that day. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I didn’t go without care. Whenever they send a new caregiver, they always come with a supervisor to train the new caregiver so I don’t have to do that. They are a very professional and dependable caregiving establishment. They care more about the person than the monetary compensation.
My sincere thanks to In-Home Caregivers of Illinois for the exceptional care they provided. All of the ladies arrived as scheduled, demonstrated professionalism, respectfulness and were sensitive to needs. I highly recommend In-Home without hesitation.
